Return and refund policy

Changing your mind

Stock items and made to order items in our standard sizes can be cancelled within 14 days of delivery, without giving a reason. You then have a further 14 days to return them. Email sales@diomet.co.uk to cancel.

We refund within 14 days of receiving the goods back, or of proof that you have sent them. We refund the price of the goods and the standard delivery charge. Return postage is yours to pay unless the goods are faulty or we sent the wrong thing.

Made to your measurements

Goods made to your own dimensions cannot be cancelled or returned because you have changed your mind. Regulation 28(1)(b) of the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 removes that right where goods are made to your specification. Every product page says before you order which category it falls into.

Faulty goods

Within 30 days of delivery you can reject faulty goods for a full refund. After that you can ask for repair or replacement, and if that does not put it right, a price reduction or rejection. This applies to everything we sell, including made to measure items.
