Where we deliver

Throughout the UK. Northern Ireland, the Scottish islands and the Isle of Man are by arrangement rather than at the standard rate, so please ask before ordering. We export certain palletised products by individual arrangement worldwide never automatically, so contact us for a quote first.

What you are charged

Delivery is shown on the product page and at checkout, calculated on your postcode and the weight of the goods.

On large items such as a staircase, a balcony or a run of structural glass, the figure at checkout is an estimate rather than a quote. Those travel on a dedicated vehicle and the real cost depends on the load and the access at your end. We work it out and tell you before anything further is charged.

On the day

Pallet and dedicated vehicle deliveries are booked in with you first and are kerbside only. The driver will not carry goods into the property or take packaging away.

On a supply only order, offloading is yours to arrange. Most items come off on a tail lift, but anything over roughly two metres does not, and you will need either lifting plant or a few people on site. If that help is not there on the booked day the goods come back and a re-delivery charge applies.
