Terms of service

Our full terms and conditions of sale are on our terms and conditions page, including our 10 year product warranty.

Some clauses differ depending on whether you are buying as a consumer or for a business, and those are marked individually. If you are buying as a consumer, your cancellation and refund rights are set out in clause 16 and on our returns and cancellations page, and nothing in our terms reduces them.
