Galvanised and Powdercoated Steel Handrail - External

42mm mild steel tubular handrail, hot dip galvanised and then powdercoated. This is the external one: the galvanising underneath is what stops it rusting, and the powder coat gives you the colour on top. Any shade from the dropdown, or ask for a bespoke variation.

Inside or outside?

That is the whole decision on a painted handrail. Galvanised then powdercoated goes outside; powder coat alone does not, because once the paint is chipped there is nothing protecting the steel. If the rail is going in a stairwell or a hallway, our powdercoated internal wall rail costs less and does the same job.

What if my size is not in the list?

Order the next size up. The lengths in the dropdown are price bands rather than fixed lengths, so a 1,200mm rail is ordered as 1.5 metre. Tell us the exact length you need when you order and we make it to that measurement, not to the band. There is no extra charge for a bespoke length within the band you have paid for.
