This page is for customers who have already been quoted a site survey fee. Select the amount you were quoted and pay by card.
What the survey covers
- A visit from one of our own people, not a subcontracted surveyor
- Measurements taken on site
- Photographs of the areas concerned
- An assessment of the site and of access for the work required, including getting materials in and installing them
Booking your survey
- Surveys are booked on a first come, first served basis once payment has been received
- Booking is subject to our surveyor's current calendar commitments at the time
- Surveys are carried out on weekdays during our normal working hours, unless otherwise arranged or quoted
Why it is worth paying for
Once we have measured and photographed it ourselves, we take responsibility for the fit. That is the difference between a survey and a customer sending us sizes.
What it is not
- It is not a structural survey
- Drawings are not included. Drawings follow your order deposit
- The fee is not refundable, and it is not deducted from the cost of any order you go on to place

Survey and installation
We survey, we install nationwide with our own teams, and we sell supply only if you have your own fitter. The detail is in the product description above. For a price on your job, email us your postcode.
